Hello, I'm Daniel

Potential Pioneer passport — Daniel Onode

let me tell you who I am..

2001

Daniel as a baby held by an older child

Born in Austria, son of ethnic Hungarians from Romania (wild start, I know).

2004

First day of kindergarten, everyone speaks a language I don't understand — and when my family visited Romania, I was the foreign kid in the other direction. Not fully Austrian, not fully Romanian — never quite from anywhere. As you can imagine, this wasn't particularly easy to handle as a kid and a lot of what shaped my life started here — from the deep desire to belong.

2007

Daniel as a child in a classroom

First school days: I adapted, very fast. In fact I was one of the kids with the best grades and it stayed this way until the end of my educational career. I even stopped speaking my mother tongue Romanian and started speaking German with my parents, because I wanted to be like the other kids. Good grades, no problems, playing instruments, learning languages, always sticking to the rules — a very "unproblematic" child. Little did I know that this was just a role that was given to me, and I played along.

2015

Daniel as a teenager in a classroom

New school, a lot of foreign kids, rap music hit the German mainstream. I remember the first German hip hop song I ever heard — "Anhörung" by a rapper called KC Rebell — and a switch started to happen. I also started going to the gym here for the first time.

2016

Suddenly being the son of immigrants was "cool" and not "wrong" anymore. I started dressing like a street kid and behaving like one — although I wasn't. I even started speaking Romanian with my parents again rather than German.

2019

Daniel with a friend on a bench

Last year of school, preparing for the final exams. I looked like a street kid, but was the smartest in the room, having the best grades. One day we had to write down the amount of money we would be comfortable living with monthly. I wrote down $1,000,000 — everyone laughed at me, the teacher told me I should be realistic, I told her to go fuck herself and this earned me my first and only walk to the headmaster.

School's finished — I had one of the best grades of all 100+ students in that year. I initially wanted to enjoy my "last" real summer before adulthood would hit me, but life had other plans for me instead.

Through what I thought back then was "coincidence", I saw an online network where young and ambitious people would connect, entry upon paying a monthly fee. I paid — and it would change my life. Instead of enjoying my summer, I applied for a job to make my first real money and it turned out to be delivering newspapers. Waking up every single day at 2am, 7 times a week, without missing a single day, I made my first money. And for nearly 3 months I was listening to a different business or self-development podcast or audiobook every morning — by the end of summer I was a walking library.

Daniel in military winter gear in the snow

Mandatory military service for 6 months. All I heard about the military from older friends was that you lean back and do nothing the entire day. Well.. wake up at 4am, drive to the barracks, breakfast, start duty — 6am to 10pm, sometimes even up until midnight. Real discipline, real comradeship, a real man — that's what I thought I am. Carrying up to 30kg backpacks, marching in the woods for miles and miles, sleeping outside at -17 degrees Celsius without a tent, shooting guns. It felt good. I was even playing with the thought of a career in the military, but in the end decided against it.

Duty's done — I moved to the capital city of Austria instead. Vienna calling. I started studying economics, but pretty fast understood that I'm wasting my time. This is not how I want to spend my 20s, I said to myself. I looked around, saw all the 200 other students in the room, grabbed my bag, left and never went back. I started my first real business instead — a Social Media Management Agency — with little to no knowledge.

early2022

Daniel on a boat at a marina

After some ups and downs, things started going great and I made the first serious money. I understood that I need to travel, meet people and see more of the world in order to be successful — so I did just that. I left my home country and started travelling the world, all while scaling my business.

mid2022

Daniel with friends in front of a private jet at night

I met a few people that turned out to be my closest friends and partners in the future. We decided to do business together and this was one of the best decisions I've made in life so far. Things started taking off fast from here on.

early2023

Daniel boxing in front of a villa in Dubai

I'm living in a villa in Dubai. The agency is scaling, other businesses start generating money too. In a matter of just one year I went from sitting in university to driving the cars I dreamed of as a kid.

Somewhere along the way, I had made a decision — without even noticing it, without ever saying it out loud: if I couldn't be from somewhere by birth, I would earn my place through performance. I made the hardness my personality. It started in the military and continued with every figure I listened to on social media. From the happy, smiling kid, a hard motherfucker emerged — at least that's how it looked. But it was nothing more than a shell. Another role I played. The role of what I thought it meant to be a real man.

early2024

Daniel sitting in a chair in dark lighting

I'm sitting at home, surrounded by my friends, trying to work like they do, but I feel.. something's wrong. And something has been wrong for a very long time, I just wasn't able to see it as clearly as I do now. Everything I've ever wanted I had, and yet the war within didn't stop. I compared myself constantly to the guys around me — and always came up short. From the outside I looked like the winner — I was the winner — but the battle within myself I was losing, every single day.

mid2024

Daniel on a balcony in a robe with a coffee

Months passed and the feeling got stronger. No matter how many times I set the alarm — I overslept. No matter how many to-do lists I made — I never ticked them off. No matter how often I set a schedule — I always found myself working until 1am to "catch up". I tried every move that discipline taught me and still didn't succeed. Because discipline was never the problem to begin with.

early2025

Daniel fighting in a boxing ring

It was my birthday and I was in the middle of fight camp. My sister — who has a master's degree in medical informatics with a focus on neuroscience — handed me a book. It was about self-sabotage. She told me: "read this." She saw me in a way I couldn't see myself and with every page that I read I started to understand more and more that nothing is wrong with me and that I don't need more discipline — I've tried that. What I needed was to completely flip the script of how I went through life.

mid2025

Daniel smiling at a dinner

Instead of forcing things, I started letting them be. Instead of pushing more, I started to understand. I stopped looking for answers on the outside — more SOPs, more systems — and started looking inwards, where they always have been. And the further down the road I got, the more I understood: the oversleeping, the "one more thing" that kept me up until 1am, the feeling that I was never doing enough — that was never a discipline problem. It was software — installed in a kindergarten in Austria, still running me in Dubai. The harsh iron discipline that brought me here was the same thing that was destroying me now. And I wasn't the only one. Every successful guy around me — every friend, every partner — was struggling with the exact same thing. They just never said it, because doing so would mean they're weak.

late2025

Daniel in a patterned blazer at a dinner

They never said it — but one by one, they started saying it to me. Because they saw the change: I set one alarm — and got up. I still worked until 1am when I wanted to, but the "one more thing" that never let me stop was gone. When I said stop, I stopped. I sat at dinner with my family and was actually present, not at the chats I still had to answer or the tasks I still had to do. Suddenly, guys who would never touch a self-help book with a pastel cover were asking me how I did it, how I changed. So I helped. A friend here, a business partner there. No plan, no product — just passing on what worked for me. Until the fifth guy told me the same sentence: "You need to make an offer out of this." So in September 2025, I made one: "Potential Pioneer" — helping young, successful and ambitious entrepreneurs update the software that's been running them since they were 10 years old. All without needing to feel "weak".

early2026

Daniel on a wooden deck overlooking the ocean

By the start of 2026 I had worked closely 1-on-1 with 25+ entrepreneurs from all over the world, some of them making a yearly revenue of over $3,000,000 and I've helped them achieve true inner freedom that finally fits the one they've had on the outside for years.

The present

NOW

Daniel in conversation at a dinner

I don't want to sell you some generic product. I'm asking you for more — to be part of a movement.

Young men build great things under pressure, but the same pressure that builds things is the same pressure they subconsciously use to destroy themselves — and my next project is here to end this.

I'm not trying to be the next guru. I'm trying to be the voice for the silent pain young men have been feeling for years.

I took on the quest of surgically going through all of my 1:1 work from the past 12 months and building everything that actually created change into one system — a system I can finally make accessible beyond the few I can work with 1-on-1. For the ones who are ready for change. True change. This system will be available for the first time inside…

The Academy

Daniel setting up a camera and light

In the Academy you'll finally understand why you keep doing the things you don't want to do — and not through more discipline. You've tried that. You'll find out where your own software got installed, you'll see it run in real time — in your work, your money, your relationships — and you'll learn how to interrupt it and rewrite it. The war that's been running inside of you for years ends, and you finally get to enjoy the life you've built and keep building. None of your ambition goes anywhere — you'll still want the money, the drive, the edge. What goes is the war underneath. The same man — freed. You don't need to be weak to do this work — you need to be aware.

The preparations for the Academy are running, and very soon the doors will open — and only a few will get the chance to be part of the pioneer group that decides how the Academy will actually look.

Stop fighting a battle you can't win and learn how to win the war instead.

You made it this far. That means you just read through 25 years of a stranger's life — time you didn't owe me and you gave it anyway. I don't take that lightly. I won't waste it.
